Voluntary Product Alert - High Bay Luminaires Additional Information A voluntary product alert for XANDA XL/R/L 250W/400W and Lopak 150W/250W/400W luminaires. Thorn has become aware of several incidents involving High Bay and Low Bay luminaires where certain capacitors manufactured in Germany and labelled TridonicAtco Australia Pty have failed in a destructive manner.
